Caitlin (she/her) is a research and evaluation specialist with over 15 years working across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region based in universities and community organisations. She specialises in participatory research, data management systems and evaluation in cross-cultural contexts. Caitlin spent six years living and working in Timor-Leste, partnering with civil society organisations to strengthen the use of research, monitoring and evaluation in advancing their agendas on social issues. In 2024, Caitlin relocated to Australia and commenced her current role as Measurement and Evaluation Manager at Culture is Life, collaborating with colleagues and young people to evaluate impact and support meaningful social change.
