Sophia is a proud Kooma murdi from Warrego River Way, born and grew up on Margany and Kunya Country in Quilpie and Cunnamulla respectively. They are a Community Researcher with the Institute for Urban Indigenous Health. Sophia advocates for community and striving towards a future which is more accessible and inclusive. Sophia is passionate about the freedom and liberation of people in particular facilitating the betterment of health and wellbeing.
