Lily Edwards is a proud Palawa woman and the Youth Services Manager at Wathaurong Aboriginal Co-operative. She is a passionate advocate for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people, with a strong focus on creating culturally safe spaces that support connection, confidence, and opportunity.

Lily was integral in the implementation of the Karroong Kanyool youth hub where she leads a range of youth programs and initiatives that empower young people to thrive in both their cultural identity and future pathways. Her work centres on strengthening community connection, building leadership in young mob, and creating real, hands-on opportunities for young people to explore their aspirations.
